Systems Engineer (Integration & Test) - Early Career

Description Lockheed Martin RMS in New Jersey is seeking a full‑time Systems Engineer (Integration & Test) – Early Career. The role focuses on system‑level integration of software and hardware, data analysis, test procedures, and program technical leadership to meet cost, schedule, and performance objectives. Responsibilities System-level integration of software and hardware components to verify system requirements in lab and end‑user environments. Data analysis to evaluate, document, troubleshoot, and correct system/subsystem anomalies found during scenario testing. Develop test procedures and produce test reports to verify requirements. Provide program technical leadership and manage functional aspects to meet cost, schedule, and technical performance objectives. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physical Sciences, Computer Sciences, or equivalent. Working knowledge of Python and/or Bash scripting. Understanding of design, continuous integration, and validation of software and hardware system‑level components. Basic understanding of the systems engineering life cycle process. US Citizen with government security clearance required; position located at a facility that requires special access. Desired Skills Availability to travel domestically and/or internationally up to 25% of the time. Flexibility to work non‑standard shifts as required. Ability to debug and troubleshoot systems that include software and hardware components. Working knowledge of Unix and/or Linux operating systems. Security Clearance Secret level clearance required. Candidate must be a US Citizen.
