Turning-Point-Community-Programs in Rancho Cordova is looking for a dedicated Recruitment Coordinator to manage the recruitment and onboarding processes. The role involves assisting with applicant screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring an efficient onboarding experience for new hires. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in public or business administration and at least one year of recruitment experience, particularly within non-profit or governmental sectors.
