Front Desk Receptionist (Entry-Level)

The Job

We are currently recruiting an entry-level Front Desk Receptionist to support a healthcare organization focused on delivering an excellent patient experience. What You Will Be Doing as a Front Desk Receptionist:

• Welcome patients and visitors with friendly, professional service
• Assist with check-in, scheduling, and general inquiries
• Answer incoming calls and direct questions appropriately
• Maintain accurate patient records and update information in systems
• Coordinate appointment details and provide clear instructions
• Manage paperwork, forms, and administrative tasks
• Follow up with patients as needed to ensure a smooth experience
• Support daily front office operations and team needs
