Hiring Stand Up Forklift Operator!

1st shift 7-4pm (M-F)

$19hr (Weekly Pay)

This role supports a fast-paced warehouse operation by safely operating stand-up forklifts to move, load, unload, and stage materials. The Stand-Up Forklift Operator ensures accurate inventory handling, follows established safety standards, and maintains an organized and efficient work area.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up forklifts to transport materials throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload trucks while ensuring proper placement, balance, and stability of all loads.
• Stage, organize, and store products in designated locations to support smooth warehouse flow.
• Perform order picking, put-away, and inventory replenishment tasks according to work orders.
• Verify product counts, labels, and overall condition, and promptly report any discrepancies or damage.
• Use RF scanners or warehouse systems to record and track inventory movement accurately.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and promptly report any maintenance or repair needs.
• Follow OSHA safety standards and all company policies and procedures at all times.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment in both plant and lab areas.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate material handling activities.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of SPARTANBURG, SC.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
