Pay Range: $18-20 DOE (+ $.50 shift differential)

1st Shift: Approximately 6:00 AM - 2:00/3:00 PM. (3 positions)

2nd Shift: Approximately 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM. (2 positions)

Summary
Responsibilities:

Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections in accordance with drawings, specifications, procedures, and customer requirements.
Verify product characteristics using measurement and inspection equipment.
Accurately document inspection results and maintain quality records.
Identify, document, and communicate nonconformances in a timely manner.
Support containment, root cause investigations, and corrective action activities.
Conduct audits of manufacturing processes, work instructions, and quality system requirements to ensure compliance.
Participate in internal audits, process verification activities, and customer inspection events.
Review quality documentation for completeness and accuracy.
Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics and inspection data.
Prepare and communicate quality trends, recurring issues, and performance results to supervisors and leadership teams.
Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement and defect reduction.
Ensure inspection and measurement equipment is properly used and maintained.
Promote a culture of quality, safety, compliance, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve product reliability.

Requirements:

1 year of manufacturing, quality inspection, or production experience in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, procedures, and work instructions.
Basic computer skills and experience documenting inspection results. SAP experience is a plus.
High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred Skills:

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to identify and solve problems using a systematic approach.

Tools or Software:

MS Office Suite, SAP experience is a plus.
