Unit Notes: ***** auto deducts the 1.5 WA state tax - you are able to re-add that back in.
Average of 4 cases per day. Required certifications:
- RNs: BLS
- Techs: BLS
Common cases: CABG, TAVR, minimally invasive and open valve replacements.
Experience or 'Must have' skills:
- At least 2 yrs cardiac experience
- Scrubbing required - RN's
- No Charge Nurse/House Supervisor OR techs
Shifts & Scheduling: 4/10s (6:30a-5p), with call (10 call shifts per 6wk schedule) and weekends.
Weeknight/Call Requirement:
- RNs: Yes
- Techs: Yes
Weekend/Call Requirement:
- RNs: Yes
- Techs: Yes
Holiday Requirement: Yes
Is there a mandatory call/standby requirement? Yes - everybody takes call.
What is call response time? 30 minutes
