Back of House Team Member

As a member of the back of house team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for cooking desirable food, preparing orders, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare delicious and desirable food quickly and correctly.
• Prepare and deliver customer orders with precision and on time.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and team member spaces.
• Respect health and sanitation guidelines.
• Ensure each guest leaves with a smile by offering attentive and efficient service.
• Work collaboratively with team members and management to achieve store objectives including service speed, order accuracy, and overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills, enthusiasm, positivity, and attention to detail.
• Physical mobility to adapt to the demands of a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to adapt quickly to change using critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stand for shifts ranging from 3 to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working in both hot and cold environments, both indoors and outdoors.
• No prior experience required; however, a Utah food handler’s card, ServSafe certification, or previous fast food or customer service experience is preferred.
