Accounts Payable Specialist

Responsibilities

• Process approximately 50 vendor invoices per day
• Perform accurate 3-way matching of purchase orders, receiving documents, and invoices
• Maintain vendor records and account information
• Assist with purchase order administration and tracking
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies
• Work closely with receiving, purchasing, and accounting teams
• Ensure timely and accurate invoice processing and payment
• Maintain organized accounting records and documentation

Qualifications

• Prior Accounts Payable experience required
• Strong 3-way matching experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of AP processes and basic accounting principles
• Manufacturing, distribution, or inventory-based industry experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to learn new software and internal systems quickly
• Excellent communication skills and follow-through
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
