Our client, a leading technology organization specializing in innovative software solutions, is seeking a Software Engineer 3 - Contingent to join their team. As a Software Engineer 3 - Contingent, you will be part of the Software Engineering department supporting large-scale AI and cloud platform initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, strong problem-solving skills, and collaborative spirit, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Software Engineer 3 - Contingent Location: Wilmington, DE What's the Job? Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives within Software Engineering, contributing to large-scale planning and deliverables. Review and analyze complex Software Engineering challenges, providing in-depth evaluations and solutions. Develop and optimize LLM-driven autonomous agents, multi-agent systems, and tool-using agent workflows. Build high-performance Python microservices and AI APIs using frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, and LangChain. Deploy and operate AI solutions on cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and enterprise Kubernetes platforms. What's Needed? 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, including work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education. Proficiency in Python, including async programming, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems. Experience with GCP and OpenShift/Kubernetes for deploying scalable AI platforms. Knowledge of RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector search, and LLM orchestration. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently while driving AI innovation. What's in it for me?
