Description Helm is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our Accounting team! Description Helm is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our Accounting team! In this role, you’ll help keep our accounts payable processes running smoothly by processing invoices, maintaining vendor records, resolving discrepancies, and supporting month-end and year-end activities. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and offshore resources while gaining valuable hands-on accounting experience. Requirements What we’re looking for: High school diploma or equivalent Accounts payable experience required Strong Microsoft Excel skills preferred NetSuite experience is a plus Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment If you’re self-motivated, eager to grow, and ready to contribute to a collaborative team, we’d love to hear from you! #J-18808-Ljbffr
