Our value-added services help you increase efficiencies and maintain the highest level of patient care in any situation. Short-and-long-term nursing vacancies, census fluctuations, technology conversion projects, new unit openings or expansions, and other challenges.
Responsibilities of the Certified Nursing Assistant:
- 1:1 care to students in a classroom setting
- Providing patients with personal hygiene assisting with travel to the bathroom.
- Assisting with activities of daily living by serving meals, providing fresh water, and nourishment between meals.
- Maintains patient stability by checking vital signs and weight.
Qualifications of the Certified Nursing Assistant
- Ability to communicate with patients and nursing staff.
- One-year prior experience as nursing assistant preferred
- Pediatric experience required
Educational Requirements of the Certified Nursing Assistant
- Successful completion of State Approved Nursing Assistant Training and Competency Evaluation Program.
- Good standing in the state registry is required.
- Ability to pass fingerprinting and criminal background screening.
- Current CPR from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
Other Requirements of the Certified Nursing Assistant
- Ability to pass fingerprinting and criminal background screening.
- Current Unencumbered C.N.A. NYS license required
Pay: $19 - 21 per hour
