At Qdoba, we take pride in crafting freshly-made, Mexican-inspired food using quality ingredients and thoughtful preparation. We believe in creating meals that our guests crave, whether it's flame-grilling steak and chicken, chopping crisp produce, or making hand-crafted guacamole. We don't take shortcuts because we know that the most delicious flavors start with attention to detail. Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
- Manage and lead a team of talented individuals
- Ensure high-quality food and service standards are met
- Create and maintain a positive working environment
- Previous experience in a managerial role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulation
