Your work will directly power innovative solutions that reduce energy consumption and environmental impact across industries. In this role, you’ll be at the center of cutting‑edge embedded control systems, working across the full software development lifecycle. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams and contribute to products that set global performance standards. What You’ll Be Doing Design, develop, and maintain embedded real‑time software for compressor control systems, contributing across the full SDLC from requirements through deployment Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate software with hardware systems, troubleshoot issues, and improve overall system performance Build and enhance tools for automation, testing, and production support, including PC‑based applications and web interfaces Strengthen engineering best practices by contributing to clear documentation, traceability, test strategies, and configuration management (Git) Support product validation and customer success through testing, deployment, and occasional travel What We're Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field Hands‑on experience with C/C++ development, ideally in embedded or real‑time environments Familiarity with development tools and IDEs (e.g., Code Composer Studio, Eclipse) and debugging techniques Experience with version control (Git) and strong understanding of data structures and object‑oriented design Ability to work across environments, including embedded systems, Linux, and Windows platforms Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic engineering environment What You'll Get from Us We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
