Jobs Title: PeopleSoft HCM Functional Lead Location: Albany, NY Duration: 6+ Months Primary Skills: HCM Functional Lead Required Skills and Responsibilities: Working knowledge of client essential requirements from core PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 including Personnel Administration, Position Management, Competency Management, Succession Planning, Payroll Interface Mass Updates and Workflow. Experience in core Human Resources modules (Manager and Employee Self-Service) and multiple full life‑cycle implementations. Public sector implementations with unionised employees, hands‑on management of an HCM functional team, and ability to organise and conduct Fit Gap sessions. Strong relationship building with consultants and client staff; ability to transfer knowledge. Self‑starter with ability to quickly upscale to HCM 9.2. Qualifications: Any PeopleSoft consultant with 8+ years of experience is eligible.
