Automotive Service Advisor | $75K-$100K+ Potential | Monday-Friday

Location: Liverpool, NY
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $60,000-$70,000 per year, based on experience
Pay Type: Base salary plus sales bonuses
Pay Schedule: Weekly

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a professional, positive service experience.

• Schedule appointments and create accurate repair orders based on customer concerns.

• Communicate customer concerns clearly to automotive technicians.

• Review technician findings and explain recommended repairs and maintenance in understandable terms.

• Prepare and present estimates, discuss repair costs, and obtain customer authorization.

• Keep customers informed about pricing, repair progress, delays, and vehicle completion.

• Coordinate with technicians and management to maintain an efficient workflow.

• Maintain accurate work orders, approvals, pricing, payments, and customer records, and follow up on deferred work and future service needs.

Qualifications

• Automotive Service Advisor, Service Writer, dealership, repair shop, tire store, parts, or related automotive experience is strongly preferred but not required.

• Candidates with strong customer service or sales experience may be considered without automotive experience.

• Strong communication, customer service, sales, phone, and organizational skills.

• Comfortable explaining repair costs and asking customers to authorize recommended services.

• Ability to manage multiple customers, vehicles, phone calls, and deadlines.

• Comfortable using computers and automotive shop-management software.

• Dependable and able to work the full Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-5:00 PM schedule.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $60,000-$70,000 per year, based on experience.

• Sales bonus opportunities with stated total earning potential of $75,000-$100,000+ annually; actual earnings may vary and are not guaranteed.
