Compensation: $35$40/hr (experience-based)

Float Differential: +$1.50/hr

Sign-On Bonus: $10,000

Relocation Assistance: $5,000 (75+ miles)

Primary Location: Cape Coral, FL (float within nearby centers)

What This Role Offers

• Base pay $35$40/hr

Your Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality screening & diagnostic mammograms
• Ensure patient comfort, safety, and excellent communication
• Support an organized, patient-first outpatient workflow
• Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff
• Occasionally cover Saturdays when volumes require

Qualifications

• ARRT (R) required
• ARRT (M) preferred OR willingness to cross-train into Mammography
• Florida license (or eligibility)
• 1+ year imaging experience
• Strong clinical judgment, compassion, and attention to detail
