We are seeking a highly organized, motivated sales professional who is actively pursuing a long-term career in commercial real estate. This position offers hands-on experience supporting an industrial brokerage team through property showings, prospecting, listing coordination, and database management.

\n

 

\n

The ideal candidate brings 1–3 years of sales experience , is comfortable cold calling, and can manage multiple priorities while maintaining consistent follow-through.

\n

Role Overview

\n

 

\n

This role offers an opportunity to build a long-term career in industrial commercial real estate brokerage. Developing into a broker can take approximately three years as you gain market knowledge, build client relationships, and strengthen your brokerage skills. During that time, you will work closely with the team and gain experience both in the field and in the office.

\n

 

\n

The anticipated allocation of responsibilities is:

\n

 

\n

\n
• 70% in the field: Traveling to and showing team listings, meeting prospective tenants and buyers, and becoming familiar with properties and the surrounding market.
\n

\n

 

\n

\n
• 30% in the office: Organizing team listings, updating prospect lists and listing activity reports, maintaining consistent communication with clients, supporting business development and marketing for team listings, and assisting with overall team operations.
\n

\n

 

\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

 

\n

\n
• Coordinate and conduct property showings for team listings.
\n
• Learn property specifications and clearly communicate key features to prospective tenants, buyers, and cooperating brokers.
\n
• Track showing activity, collect feedback, and coordinate timely follow-up.
\n
• Create activity reports for team listings to share with clients.
\n
• Maintain an accurate, organized CRM database, including contact information, activity notes, and follow-up tasks.
\n
• Make consistent outbound calls and send emails to identify prospective buyers and tenants for team listings, as well as new clients and listing opportunities.
\n
• Research property owners, businesses, and prospects using LinkedIn and other resources.
\n
• Keep listing information, property materials, and team records organized and current.
\n
• Manage appointments, correspondence, and scheduling through Microsoft Outlook.
\n
• Communicate proactively with team members and follow through on assigned responsibilities.
\n

Required Qualifications

\n

 

\n

\n
• 1–3 years of sales experience.
\n
• A four-year college degree.
\n
• Experience managing and maintaining a CRM database.
\n
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, ChatGPT or similar AI platforms.
\n
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
\n
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
\n
• Comfort working both independently in the field and collaboratively within a team.
\n
• Ability to travel regularly to property showings and meetings.
\n
• A demonstrated commitment to building a career in commercial real estate.
\n
• Experience using LinkedIn for professional networking, research, or prospecting.

Schedule and Commitment

\n

 

\n

\n
• Monday through Friday, 7:45 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
\n
• Regular local travel for property showings and team listing activities.
\n

\n

 

\n

Anticipated Annual Income

\n

Year 1

$45,000–$50,000

\n

Year 2

\n

$60,000–$70,000

\n

Year 3

\n

$100,000 - $120,000

\n

These ranges reflect anticipated income during the first three years. As you develop your skills and contribute to the team’s success, there is potential to earn more through performance bonuses and increased participation in team transactions.

A gas and phone allowance will be provided. We will discuss the compensation structure, growth opportunities, and expectations in more detail during the interview process.
