Stylist – PT – Bloomingdale’s Huntington Station Location: Huntington Station, New York, United States Responsibilities Fundamental link between products and customers, delivering an exceptional brand experience. Spend majority of day on the shop floor styling and influencing customers. Gain experience in visual merchandising, general store operations, and personal shopping. Support the store in reaching targets, selling collections, and maintaining store aesthetics. Utilize company training tools and product knowledge to develop and progress a career with AllSaints. Style customers in latest collections, share detailed product knowledge, and provide an exceptional customer journey. Maintain store’s aesthetic, ensure product availability, and uphold floor sets and standards. Handle stock replenishment, deliveries, and digital orders using in-store digital tools. Make service decisions to resolve customer issues while retaining loyalty and trust. Put the customer at the heart of all actions and work as one AllSaints team. Greet customers, tailor approach to support visit purpose. Maintain housekeeping and staff areas to high standards. Support peers, observe work, seek feedback for growth and development. Qualifications Friendly, attentive, and able to interact with diverse customers. Awareness and knowledge of the brand, style, and values. Can‑do attitude, enthusiasm, and ability to work under pressure. Good problem‑solving skills with pace, empathy, and composure. Tech savvy, proficient with in‑store digital tools. Active awareness of brand campaigns, lookbooks, and launches. Excellent attention to detail. Confident communicator. Passionate about fashion and a strong ambassador of AllSaints. Compensation: Part‑time hourly position at $18.50 – $19.50 USD per hour, plus monthly commission. Location Our North America region comprises 71 retail locations across the U.S. and Canada.
