Junior Release Train Engineer (RTE)We are seeking a Junior Release Train Engineer (RTE) to support our team of senior RTEs in facilitating collaboration and coordination across the F-35 program. As a junior RTE, you will work under the guidance of senior RTEs to develop your skills and knowledge in release management, systems engineering, and Agile principles.Key Responsibilities:Assist senior RTEs in facilitating collaboration and coordination across the programSupport the development and maintenance of release plans, product backlogs, and other program artifactsHelp identify and resolve impediments to the release build processAssist in facilitating PI Planning and other program meetingsDevelop and maintain a basic understanding of the program's technical and operational aspectsBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higherExperience with and basic knowledge of systems engineering principles and practicesExperience with Agile principles and practicesInterim Secret or Higher security clearanceDesired Skills:Familiarity with release management tools and processesBasic understanding of systems integration and metrics analysisBasic understanding of the air system and its dependenciesDemonstrated ability to perform detailed planningStrong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentExperience working in a team environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsSelf-starterF-35 program experienceSoftware processes, background, familiarityJira and Tableau tool usagePay Information:Full-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
