Customer Service Representative Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 18.00 to $ 21.00 / hour
• Part Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift (Monday through Friday)

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing accurate and timely information via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Actively listen to customer needs, address questions, and provide appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when necessary.
• Collaborate effectively with sales and service teams to facilitate smooth project progression and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate and track important information related to customer accounts, orders, and service requests.
• Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their needs are consistently met and concerns are fully resolved.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism & positive communication in all interactions.
• Contribute to a friendly, community-oriented, & clean work environment.
• 30-40 hours per week worked between Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturdays 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

• Ability to stand and/or sit comfortably throughout the entire workday.
• Strong ability to multitask efficiently in a dynamic environment.
• Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative.
• Previous experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior experience as a Receptionist preferred.
