Compensation & Benefits: Compensation : Our pay structure is built to increase growth potential while excluding most risks associated with other dealerships. Our Sales Consultants receive a $2,500 monthly base salary, plus performance-based commissions. Estimated total annual income is $60,000-$125,000 which varies based on individual sales performance, customer satisfaction, and sales volume. Bonuses : Annual Christmas and Vacation bonuses averaging $1,700 each Benefits : Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with annual company contributions, and Paid Vacation Advancement opportunities : Our goal is to support you finding a path to advance your career whether its Senior Sales, Finance, or Management. Many of the positions offer a 6-figure income and present themselves within 2-3 years. Many of our leaders even started in sales and earned their advancement through steady performance and dedication to our customers and team.

What were looking for: We are looking for a professional salesperson who wants to succeed, is ambitious, business-minded, accountable to individual and team goals, good at presenting ideas, hardworking, and wants to progress their career. You should also be able to leverage social media consistently and use creative mediums such as video to self-market. The selection process for us is straightforward. What youll do: As a Sales Consultant, youll greet our guests and learn about their wants and needs in their next vehicle. Then, youll match them to one of our innovative vehicles, test drive, present pricing and utilize negotiating skills, and ask for their business. After, youll show customers how to use their all-new vehicle, showing them how to work all of their new features and technology. Youll also make calls, texts, and email customers about their interests, market yourself, build relationships with your customers, and schedule appointments. Lastly, youll attend sales training and meetings to continuously stay up to date one product lineup and knowledge.
