We are hiring a Client Representative (Onsite) to manage client operations, workforce coordination, and daily communication at the client location. You will act as the primary point of contact , ensuring smooth staffing, onboarding, and issue resolution.



Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client communication and staffing needs
• Coordinate with recruitment teams
• Handle onboarding, attendance, and employee relations
• Maintain reports and ensure compliance
• Oversee and manage PPE equipment at the client site
• Work closely with the client on shift changes and contractor work hours
