We are hiring a Client Representative (Onsite) to manage client operations, workforce coordination, and daily communication at the client location. You will act as the primary point of contact , ensuring smooth staffing, onboarding, and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client communication and staffing needs
- Coordinate with recruitment teams
- Handle onboarding, attendance, and employee relations
- Maintain reports and ensure compliance
- Oversee and manage PPE equipment at the client site
- Work closely with the client on shift changes and contractor work hours
