About the Role:

We’re looking for a caring and enthusiastic Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our fun, supportive team at our Parker clinic. If you love working with kids and want to grow in a warm, collaborative environment, this could be the perfect place for you.

Position Details:

Location: In-person, Parker clinic
Schedule: Full-time, Part-Time, PRN

Full-time schedules: Monday–Friday, Optional Saturdays

4–10s and 4-8s schedule available for full-time team members

Part-time/PRN schedules: flexible and based on clinic needs

Clinic Hours

Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Compensation

$10,000 Sign On Bonus for Full-time
$5,00 Sign On Bonus for Part-time / PRN

What You’ll Do

Evaluate and treat pediatric clients (ages 0–21) in outpatient and virtual settings
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, family-centered care
Complete evaluations, progress notes, and documentation efficiently and on time

Requirements

National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) for Occupational Therapist, Registered
Successfully completed the therapist-level fieldwork requirements as per the Essentials of an Accredited Educational Program for Occupational Therapists
Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in the state of Colorado (DORA) by the start date
