Details and requirements for this opportunity Schedule: 6:30a-6:00p Practice Setting: Inpatient Types of Cases: Coronaries, Valve Replacements, Cardiac Transplants, Ventricular Assist Devices (VAD) Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Cerner Certifications Required: Must have Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications Licensure Required: Must have an active Kentucky license
