Full-Time | Overnight Shift | One‑on‑One Care

???? Schedule: Monday-Friday (Weekends Available): 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM | Weekend Evenings Available

Community Care, Inc. is looking for a compassionate and dedicated LPN to provide 1:1 private duty nursing care for a wonderful 2‑year‑old male child . ???? What You'll Do:

Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Provide GJ‑tube care and feedings
Administer O2 PRN
Monitor vitals
Administer medications safely and accurately
Communicate clearly and compassionately with the care team and family
Deliver exceptional, family‑centered pediatric care

✅ What You'll Need:

Current LPN (or RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
At least 6 months of nursing experience (home health preferred, but not required)
Cardiac experience
CPR certification
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
A caring heart, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care
