**Position Overview**

We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to handle day-to-day customer communications. This is an in-office role focused primarily on responding to emails and live chats, with occasional outbound phone calls as needed.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and live chat

- Handle questions related to orders, shipping, product information, and basic troubleshooting

- Make occasional outbound calls to customers for order follow-up, issue resolution, or clarifications

- Document all customer interactions in our CRM / ticketing system

- Collaborate with operations, sales, and fulfillment teams to resolve issues (shipping delays, order changes, returns, etc.)

- Escalate complex or sensitive issues to management when appropriate

- Maintain a strong working knowledge of our supplement, peptide, and botanical product lines

- Provide feedback to management on recurring customer issues and opportunities to improve processes

**Qualifications**

- 1–3 years of customer service experience (email and/or chat support preferred)

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Comfortable with basic technical tools: email platforms, live chat software, CRM/ticketing systems

- High attention to detail, accuracy, and organization

- Ability to maintain a professional, calm, and solution-focused demeanor

- Interest in the health, wellness, or nutraceutical industry a plus

- Experience in supplements, peptides, or botanicals is a bonus but not required (training provided)
