Position Summary We are seeking a Part‑Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide individual and group psychotherapy to older adults in partner senior living communities. This role is ideal for clinicians who value flexibility, meaningful clinical work, and strong administrative support—without the burden of building a private practice from scratch. What You’ll Do Provide individual psychotherapy to older adults in senior living communities Facilitate group therapy sessions as appropriate Represent BetterCare Wellness within senior living community to maintain & build caseload Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans Collaborate with community staff, families, and care teams Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation Participate in clinical consultation and team meetings as needed What We Provide Steady caseload through established senior community partnerships Credentialing, billing, and administrative support EHR and documentation systems Clinical consultation and supervision support Scheduling coordination and operational support Opportunity to grow a practice within partner communities Qualifications Active LCSW license in South Carolina (required) Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills Ability to work independently within community‑based settings Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation based on Medicare reimbursement rates Flexible part‑time schedule No overhead, billing, or marketing responsibilities Opportunity to build a sustainable, long‑term caseload Why BetterCare Wellness?
