Commercial Loan Administrator

Chesapeake Bank is seeking a Commercial Loan Administrator to support our commercial loan team. The role includes loan accounting, collateral monitoring, regulatory compliance, data entry, and customer support throughout the loan lifecycle. Responsibilities Work closely with and administratively support two or more Commercial Lenders Manage loan files and closings for new and renewed loans Provide required compliance documents to customers in accordance with federal regulations and compliance policies Deliver customer service to internal and external customers Work closely with the closing department to review closing packets and ensure proper documents are ready for closing Communicate with other bank departments regarding questions and requests for commercial customers Assist with ticklers and exceptions tracking for commercial loans Understand the role as defined by the three lines of defense to maintain a compliance culture that includes risk management processes Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Previous banking experience is preferred College degree or equivalent qualifying job experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office products Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to multi-task and work independently Ability to understand complex operational processes and workflows Ability to work quickly and accurately, analyze information, and make decisions Willingness to assume additional responsibilities, duties, and projects as they arise Benefits Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement A supportive and inclusive work environment The chance to make a significant impact within a dynamic organization #J-18808-Ljbffr
