Legal Counsel

Position: Legal Counsel Location: Fort Worth, TX Pay Range: $130,000 - $170,000 per year, plus annual bonus Job Summary: Our client is seeking a Legal Counsel to join their team, reporting directly to the General Counsel. The role involves managing legal aspects of real estate transactions, drafting and negotiating agreements, and advising senior management. Qualifications: Juris Doctor degree and bar admission 5+ years of experience as a transactional attorney Experience in commercial real estate Strong contract negotiation and legal drafting skills Ability to work onsite 5 days a week in Fort Worth Preferred Skills: Experience in oil & gas or retail industries Attention to detail Experience with Contract Management Systems Strong communication skills Responsibilities: Manage land acquisition and disposition, negotiate and review related agreements Draft and negotiate various agreements including transportation, software licenses, and vendor agreements Maintain legal document filing systems and oversee contract database management Conduct legal research as needed Supervise corporate governance legal matters and document filings Advise senior management on legal issues Additional Benefits: Medical insurance, Vision insurance, 401(k) This job posting is active and accepting applications. #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Global
