The Duro Hospitality group shows what real Mexican food can be. Through a chef's eyes we reimagine this old world cuisine. This is NOT Tex-Mex. Imagine large format wood fired meats seasoned with chilies you've never heard of mole's that are so fantastic they are a meal on their own, and a ceviche program that puts sushi restaurants to shame. Ever wonder about nixtamalization, let us teach you. This cuisine has been bastardized through the ages and we want to take it and make it shine along with our amazing service and beverage standards. Join our group of amazing chefs and we will help you grow to see things Dallas can't even dream of. This restaurant is just down from The Charles on Riverfront Avenue open 7 nights a week for dinner service only. Duro hospitality is focused on growing and investing in our employees. The Busser supports the wait staff and bartenders by cleaning tables, taking plates, utensils and drinkware to the kitchen to be washed, making sure diners' water glasses are full, and resetting tables for the next service. Bussers might help waiters and waitresses bring food out to a table, restock utensils, napkins and other dining room needs. Job Duties
- Customer Service: A friendly, relaxing demeanor, courteousness and quick service will help you get repeat customers.
- Stamina: Expect long, busy days on your feet. You also might need to lift heavy objects like trashbags, kegs, or pallets of stock.
- Teamwork: You will be working with servers, other bussers, bartenders and cooks to make a great dining experience. Being a team player is essential.
