What You’ll Do As the General Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly while upholding our commitment to excellence. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily restaurant operations, from staff scheduling to inventory management.
- Leading, mentoring, and motivating a team to deliver top-notch customer service.
- Ensuring food quality and consistency meet our high standards.
- Managing budgets, controlling costs, and driving profitability.
- Handling customer feedback and resolving issues to maintain a positive dining experience.
- Upholding health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with local regulations.
We’re searching for a leader with:
- 5+ years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Proven ability to manage operations, budgets, and staff effectively.
- A customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- A passion for food and hospitality that aligns with our mission to delight every guest.
