Job Overview Job Title: Engineer CAD CAM 2 Location: Chandler, AZ Duration: 11 Months Pay Rate: $ 48.59 /hr. Keyword's: #Chandlerjobs; #EngineerCADCAM2jobs Start Date: Immediate Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance Responsibilities The Engineer CAD CAM 2 will work within the customer’s Design group and be responsible for creating drawing/design packages with proper content and ensuring compliance with applicable industry and military standards. Duties include reviewing designs for fit, function, manufacturability, and economy of fabrication. Review tolerance analysis, hardware selection, and fitment on assembly prints. Resolve interpretation issues on drawings as a GD&T specialist. Verify 3D models submitted for manufacturing using Siemens NX 2412 managed with Teamcenter. Serve as liaison with engineering disciplines, Manufacturing, Quality, and vendors. Model fully defined components and assemblies efficiently using Siemens NX 2412 managed with Teamcenter and create/revise parametric drawings in conformance with ASME modeling and drawing standards. Create and review mechanical drawings with appropriate personnel, verifying completed work, checking dimensions, materials, and quantities. Produce mechanical models using NX 2412 managed with Teamcenter. Create/revise parametric drawings in conformance with ASME 3D modeling and drawing standards. May supervise and direct the activities of staff, as requested. Perform related duties as assigned or required. Demonstrate knowledge of Word, Excel, Windows, and NX 2412. Show strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Work quickly and accurately under schedule pressure, exhibiting patience. Display strong time management and organizational skills.
