SERVPRO Job Summary SERVPRO is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technicians to perform cleaning and restoration services related to mold, fire, biohazard, and post-construction cleaning projects. These conditions often require detailed deep cleaning, disinfecting, deodorization, and contents cleaning to restore properties safely and professionally. Primary Responsibilities

• Load and unload vehicles with equipment, tools, and supplies needed for each project.
• Maintain clean vehicles, equipment, and work areas.
• Perform detailed cleaning services for mold, fire, biohazard, and post-construction projects.
• Clean, disinfect, and deodorize affected structures and contents.
• HEPA vacuum and wipe surfaces using approved cleaning products and EPA-registered disinfectants.
• Clean and maintain restoration equipment and tools.
• Properly bag and dispose of debris and used consumables.
• Follow all company safety policies and report hazards immediately.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Complete end-of-day and jobsite cleanup.
• Follow the company on-call policy.

Qualifications

• Cleaning, janitorial, housekeeping, restoration, or environmental cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Dependable transportation required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in physically demanding environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning procedures.
• Must maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
