We have five major expectations: First – excellent oral and written communication; prompt return of calls and emails. Second – relentless advocacy for clients, balancing wise judgment with client interests. Third – embrace and live out our core values, showing authentic alignment. Fourth – attend quarterly meetings, including dinner, discussion, and planning (typically 5:00 – 8:30). Fifth – adapt to ongoing training and technology; be coachable and emotionally flexible. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive family law legal services to clients. Design and implement innovative legal strategies and technology solutions. Collaborate with team members to continuously improve client experience. Maintain accurate, timely documentation, communication, and conflict resolution with clients. Participate in business development and client acquisition initiatives. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) and admission to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction. At least 3 years of family law practice, or equivalent experience focused on empathy and client service. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
