Here, you’ll work close to the product, the people, and the decisions—making a visible impact every day.Your MissionAs Quality Manager, you will lead and evolve the quality function for our rotary blasthole drill assembly operation, reporting to the VP Supply Chain & Operations. You’ll play a key leadership role in strengthening product quality, driving operational excellence, and building a high-performing quality organization.This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role with direct influence on product reliability, supplier partnerships, and customer satisfaction.What You Will DoLead, coach, and develop a team of quality professionals, building capability, ownership, and engagementDrive quality performance across incoming, in-process, and final inspection activitiesStrengthen supplier quality through qualification, performance management, and corrective actionsLead structured problem-solving initiatives (8D, root cause analysis) to reduce defects and cost of poor qualityEnsure compliance with ISO 9001 and Sandvik’s Quality Management SystemPartner closely with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to improve process capability and product performanceMonitor and act on key metrics such as FPY, COPQ, supplier PPM, rework, and warranty trendsSupport quality standards across fabrication, welding, machining, and final assembly.​About YouYou are a hands-on leader who combines technical depth with the ability to engage teams and drive results.
