Director of Manufacturing Engineering
Butcher Power Products
Butcher Power Products seeks a Director of Manufacturing Engineering to lead process development and improvement for electric motors and power transmission products in our Fresno, CA facility. This role oversees manufacturing engineering strategy, driving safety, quality, cost, and delivery improvements across production. You will optimize processes, implement Lean and continuous improvement, and partner with design engineering on manufacturability and new product introductions. The Director will mentor engineers and technicians, standardize work, and collaborate closely with operations, quality, and maintenance to meet demanding customer requirements.
