Responsibilities Provide comprehensive dental services to patients, largely children and some adults, with support from a multidisciplinary team. Participate in morning huddles, plan daily workflow, and promote a positive company image within the community. Focused Procedures Restorations Extractions Fixed/removable appliances Endodontics (including molar endo) Practice Resources DentaPro software Digital x‑ray and Panorex units Fiber‑optic handpieces Yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training Staff ratio: 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider Patient Base & Workflow Primarily ages 3‑21, with up to 30% adult population depending on location Average 10–12 operative patients and 20–25 hygiene patients per day Insurance mix: state insurance plans, PPO and out‑of‑network payors Benefits & Compensation Guaranteed base pay of $900 per day with uncapped earning potential No lab fees Health, dental, vision, and HSA/FSA plans (FT providers eligible) Short‑term and long‑term disability, basic life insurance covered by company 401(k) retirement plan Company‑paid malpractice insurance coverage Paid holidays and time offContinuing education reimbursements through ADA Accredited Continuous Education Recognition Program (C.E.R.P.)
