Crown Reach Truck Operator – 2nd Shift

We’re hiring experienced Crown Reach Truck Operators for our growing distribution operation. Operators in this role are trusted to safely handle inventory while operating modern material handling equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a stand-up Crown reach truck to move product throughout the warehouse.
• Pick, stage, and replenish inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Load and unload trailers using reach trucks, sit-down forklifts, or pallet jacks.
• Complete equipment inspections and follow all warehouse safety procedures.
• Maintain organized aisles and support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of recent Crown reach truck experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Valid forklift certification (or ability to certify through the company).
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe equipment operation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift.

Work Schedule:

• 2nd Shift (hours vary by operational need)
• Full-time with overtime available
• Warehouse environment with high-bay racking
