Job Summary Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Collision Estimator in Service Center San Diego – Bay Park. The role includes a salary range of $50,000–$110,000 per year plus a 4% commission. Responsibilities Write estimates Conduct process reviews Check in customer vehicles Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice) Finalize total loss administration Provide post‑repair plan communication, including all vehicle status updates to customers Comply with all Caliber safety rules, guidelines, and company standards Compensation and Benefits Industry‑comparable pay, paid weekly Salary range: $50,000–$110,000 per year 4% commission Medical, dental, and vision eligibility starting day one Paid vacation and holidays (accruing from day one) Paid training and certifications (e.g., I‑CAR) Career growth opportunities – promotion from within Requirements Minimum 2 years collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred Must be 21 years of age or older Valid driver’s license and eligible for coverage under the company insurance policy Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraiser’s license Abilities, Skills, and Knowledge Ability to perform consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneel, bend, squat, and lift objects over 50 lbs Prior experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software Advanced understanding of repair processes and procedures Strong sales orientation Ability to understand written and verbal instructions Prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast‑paced environment Caliber Collision is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
