Refrigeration Technician

We are expanding our Seattle maintenance team to ensure our refrigerated container fleet remains reliable and ready to meet the increasing demands of global shipping and temperature-sensitive logistics.

Your mission is to maximize fleet uptime and guarantee the integrity of refrigerated cargo by providing expert-level diagnostics, preventative maintenance, and high-quality repairs on specialized cooling systems and power units.

Day to Day:

• Perform comprehensive pre-trip inspections and diagnostics on Thermo King and Carrier refrigerated containers to ensure they are mission-ready.
• Execute complex mechanical and electrical repairs on refrigeration units and portable Gensets to maintain peak operational efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with logistics and shipping teams to prioritize repairs and meet critical container readiness deadlines.
• Maintain precise documentation of all inspections, maintenance actions, and inventory used to ensure regulatory and safety compliance.

Must Haves:

• Proven technical experience diagnosing and repairing Thermo King and Carrier refrigeration systems and Gensets.
• Active EPA Certification and a valid driver's license.
• Strong proficiency in troubleshooting complex electrical and mechanical components within an industrial or shipping context.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and the willingness to obtain a Forklift Certification.

This is a direct hire opportunity. The selected candidate will be employed directly by our client.
