AEM Scrum Master

Our client, [Industry Descriptor] is seeking a AEM Scrum Master to join their team. As a AEM Scrum Master, you will be part of the [Department Name] supporting [Team Name(s)]. Job Title:  AEM Scrum Master

Location:  New York, NY (Onsite)

Pay Range: $45-$50/hr. on W2

What's the Job?

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos for AEM delivery teams.
• Coach and mentor teams on Agile/Scrum principles and practices while supporting high-quality AEM development execution.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and refine the product backlog for AEM features, enhancements, and related work.
• Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress, enabling predictable and timely delivery of AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations.
• Track and report team metrics (for example, velocity and burndown charts) and promote continuous improvement and Agile maturity across teams.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, including at least 1+ year on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) projects.
• Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Manager architecture, components, and workflows.
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Rally, or Azure DevOps, plus excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
