Job Description
· Provide overall management and coordination of production operations within an investment casting environment
· Drive performance excellence by establishing and monitoring KPIs and key operational metrics
· Lead continuous improvement initiatives across front-end and back-end manufacturing operations
· Directly oversee 9 direct reports including Front End/Back End Manufacturing Managers and 7 Production Supervisors
· Manage a team of 200-250 indirect reports across plant operations
Key Requirements
· BS in Engineering or Business-related degree required
· 5-7+ years of progressive Manufacturing Management and Operations leadership experience
· Demonstrated P&L ownership for manufacturing operations of $50M+ with 200+ employee workforce
· Proven strategic and data-driven leadership capabilities
· Direct experience in Aerospace or Automotive metals forming including casting, forging, heat treating, and super alloys
