Legal Sales Associate - Closer

Are you the person in the room who can turn a good conversation into a signed client? Martino Law Group is looking for a driven, personable Sales Closer to own our consultations from the handoff from your setter- first hello to signed engagement. This is a front-line, quota-carrying role for a natural closer who loves the chase, follows a proven process, and takes real pride in helping people say yes to the legal help they need. You’ll run consultations, manage your own pipeline, and hit a personal revenue target — and because you set the standard, you’ll also mentor our intake and sales team by sharing

Sales Closer responsibilities

• Own client consultations from initial conversation through signed engagement, carrying a personal revenue target

• Manage and advance your pipeline daily — follow up promptly, nurture prospects, and move them toward a decision

• Follow and refine the firm’s sales process, scripts, and playbooks to consistently improve your conversion rate

• Track your pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue accurately in the firm’s CRM

• Mentor intake and sales team members informally by sharing closing techniques and best practices (no formal management responsibility)

• Partner with marketing and operations to improve lead quality, messaging, offers, and the overall client experience

• Help build a consistent, scalable sales function that supports the firm’s growth

Sales Closer qualifications

• 3–7 years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding personal targets

• Strong closing and consultative selling skills, with disciplined follow-through on your pipeline

• Experience in professional services, legal, or other consultative sales preferred

• Proficient with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar

• Confident communicator who can model best practices and informally coach peers

• Organized, accountable, and results-driven, with the ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced, in-office environment
