Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient examinations to identify impairments and functional limitations
- Design and modify therapeutic interventions to help patients regain daily activities
- Focus on preventive care to promote health and wellness across all age groups
- Provide consultation and education to patients and colleagues
- Maintain accurate patient records including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license for the state of Colorado
- Pelvic Health Certification required
- Current CPR Certification
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Pelvic Health
- Graduate from an AMA-APTA approved school of physical therapy
Education
- Graduated from an AMA-APTA approved school of physical therapy
