Opening this September in the heart of downtown Oregon City, Good Form will be the city's first boutique reformer Pilates studio. We're looking for incredible instructors who are passionate about movement, value genuine connection, and want to help build something special from the very beginning. What You'll Do Lead engaging, safe, and inspiring Reformer Pilates classes. Welcome clients of all experience levels and help them feel successful from day one. Provide thoughtful cueing, modifications, and progressions. Create an inclusive, encouraging environment where members genuinely enjoy showing up. Help maintain a clean, beautiful studio between classes. Be an ambassador for the Good Form community both inside and outside the studio. We're Looking For Someone Who Is comprehensively Pilates certified (or holds an equivalent Reformer certification). Has experience teaching Reformer Pilates. Loves creating an exceptional client experience. Is warm, professional, dependable, and community-minded. Wants to be part of a collaborative team that supports one another.
