Bilingual Outpatient Scheduling & Intake Specialist

RIH Rhode Island Hospital in Providence is looking for a dedicated clinic appointment scheduler to handle patient registrations and appointments. This role involves using our electronic scheduling system, communicating effectively with patients, and managing billing and coding duties in a high-volume clinic environment. The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma with up to one year of clerical experience and strong customer service skills. Fluency in a second language is also preferred.
