Our highly respected, private family practice in Castle Rock, CO is hiring a Dental Office Manager. We offer a family culture, a premium work-life balance, and customizable hours to fit your life. Your Role: You will be the heartbeat of our office-steering daily administrative operations, managing scheduling workflows, leading the front-office team, and overseeing dental billing, insurance, and treatment financing. The Schedule & Pay: Salary: $28.00 - $40.00 / hour (based on experience) + robust benefits. Hours: Full-Time or Part-Time options available. The Dream Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Fridays and weekends completely off! Qualifications: 1+ years of Dental Office Management experience OR extensive dental front-office experience (Billing, Treatment Coordinator, or Lead) ready to step into leadership.
