Chick-fil-A Team Member (Front of House or Kitchen)

Starting pay is based on availability, experience, position, and performance.

Front-of-house typically starts at $13–16/hour, depending on experience and availability.

Kitchen typically starts at $15+/hour, pay moves to $17/hour after 4-6 weeks of training are complete.

Team Member Responsibilities

Depending on your position, responsibilities may include:

• Delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Preparing and serving high-quality food safely and efficiently
• Working in fast-paced front counter, drive-thru, or kitchen operations
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization
• Communicating effectively with guests and teammates
• Following Chick-fil-A food safety and operational standards
• Stocking inventory and completing opening or closing duties
• Learning multiple workstations and supporting wherever needed
• Representing the vision, culture, and values of the restaurant
