Job Description

As a Seasonal Shuttle Driver, you are part of the magic that brings Christmas at the Princess to life. You'll safely operate the trackless train, providing guests with a fun, comfortable, and festive ride to and from event areas. Your friendly attitude and safe driving create a memorable first and last impression for every visitor.
Consistently offer a professional, friendly greeting and engaging service
Display precise knowledge of all event activities and experience inclusions
Ensure Five Diamond representation of resort
Assist guests with directional in an informative and helpful way
Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards
Checking equipment and engines before a journey starts
Follow signaling instructions during the train path
Provide passenger announcements
Ensure proper regulations are maintained while controlling lines
Delegate all lines accordingly
Assist guests with directional in an informative and helpful way
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate the trackless train to transport guests between parking zones and event entrances.
Greet passengers with a warm, cheerful welcome and assist with boarding and exiting.
Follow all safety protocols to ensure the well-being of passengers and pedestrians.
Communicate clearly with staff, supervisors, and guests regarding routes, schedules, and accessibility.
Provide basic event information and contribute to a joyful, family-friendly atmosphere.
Monitor train operations, reporting any mechanical or safety concerns promptly.
Stay attentive, professional, and guest-focused throughout each shift.
Help set the tone of holiday fun with enthusiasm and care.
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Highly responsible & reliable
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
