This position involves delivering palletized grocery products to local store locations within approximately 100 air miles of Frederick.Pay & Schedule DetailsPay Rate: $35.00 per hourSchedule: VariesHours: 40 hours per weekEmployment Type: Temp to PermTraining: Five days of training provided before operating independentlyJob DetailsRoute Type: LocalFreight: Palletized grocery productsEquipment: Class A tractor-trailer with automatic transmission; manual transmission knowledge preferredHandling: Heavy touch freight using an electric riding pallet jack and a single electric pallet jackKey ResponsibilitiesDeliver palletized grocery products to local store locationsLoad and unload freight using electric pallet jacksSecure products properly, including strapping egg racksProvide professional and dependable service at each delivery locationMinimum RequirementsValid CDL Class A license1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experienceClean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 yearsMust meet all DOT and FMCSA requirementsStrong backing experience highly preferredElectric pallet jack experience preferred; training will be providedAbility to load and unload palletized freightBenefitsCompetitive weekly payMedical, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off401(k) retirement planReferral programWhy Work With TransForceTransForce drivers are respected professionals.
